Beginners - Getting Started Is As Easy As 3-2-1 Go!

Step 1

Try any of our classes for FREE.

STEP 2

Take advantage of our beginner promo deal. 3 One-On-One sessions to learn the Foundational Movements of CrossFit with a coach, going at your speed and based on your current fitness level. Our coaches will prepare you for joining regular CrossFit classes.

STEP 3

Your initial membership includes group classes once you finish your personal sessions. We suggest you come as regularly as possible, perhaps 2-4 times a week, so that you stay consistent in your training. After 1 month of classes you can sign up for one of our memberships here.
