Our skilled coaching staff will help you get stronger, fitter, and moving better through a patient approach. We understand that fitness is a journey, and everyone’s path intersects at different points. A CrossFit Lite workout has the same principles as a regular CrossFit class (constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we removed the emphasis on high-level gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting and replaced it with the emphasis on improving metabolic conditioning (“cardio”), building strength and fat burning so you can establish that foundational CrossFit level you are always hearing about.
Basically, everything YOU need to get from ‘Couch to CrossFit’.💪🏼👊🏼💥
